What your account stores

To create a Team Banga account, you must provide your name, email address, and Canadian or US phone number. Your contact information, registration date, saved favorite properties, and saved-search watchlists are stored in our website database. ChatGPT sign-in provides a stable account identifier and sign-in email; Team Banga does not receive your ChatGPT password.

How your information is used

We use these details to maintain your account, save your property interests across visits and devices, and manage property enquiries. The site owner can review your contact details, favorites, and watchlists in a private CRM and add lead status and follow-up notes. Contact information may be exported by the owner for relationship management.

Who can access it

You can access your own profile, favorites, and watchlists. The CRM is restricted to the authorized site owner. Account information is hosted using the website’s Cloudflare database infrastructure and supported ChatGPT sign-in services.

Your choices

You can update your contact details, remove favorites, and delete watchlists from your account. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your stored account and CRM information, contact parminder@teambanga.ca or call 647 972 1925. Account registration does not enroll you in email or SMS marketing campaigns. Watchlists currently save search criteria only; automatic alerts are not enabled.
